The girls taught you about the Korean word 'daebak', 'deuktem', 'tteokbap', 'jjal', 'doljikgu', and 'anseup' before, and they're following up with a lesson on the word 'menboong'.
As the girls explain it in three different languages, 'menboong' [alternative spelling: 'menbung'] is short for 'mental boonggwe' which is a combination of 'mental' and the Korean word for 'breakdown' or 'collapse'. 'Menboong' is simply used during those moments when your mind goes blank and you're left in surprise, awe, or flabbergasted at something or a situation.
Let's hope you don't experience 'menboong' while watching this lesson! Learn or review what it means through another fun episode of 'A-HA!' above!
