She continued, "I actively pursued a lot of small roles. Every time, I was told that they were rejecting me because I was BoA. People think that singers get their acting roles easily, but I was rejected more times than not because of who I am."
She also said, "I got this drama ('Hope For Dating') after an audition, too. I'm going onto the drama as a rookie actor, but people see me as the singer BoA."
