C-CLOWN revealed that they had met Psy four months ago, when C-CLOWN had debuted and Psy had been just starting to promote "Gangnam Style".

The group and the soloist had taken a commemorative photo when they met, and the connection between them is gaining attention. It turns out the producer behind Psy's debut in 2001 is currently the head of C-CLOWN's label, Yedang Entertainment. Psy pointed this connection out to the boys and is said to have told them, "You guys stand out the most out of the rookies that debuted. I have a feeling you'll do well. Become big!!"
