J.Y. Park confessed that he was skeptical of how well 2PM's Nichkhun would fare as a singer when he was introduced as a possible JYP Entertainment trainee.

During filming for the upcoming broadcast of KBS 2TV's 'Happy Together 3', J.Y Park stated, "Though the agency's casting director discovered Nichkhun and brought him over, I was skeptical after seeing him whether he could actually become a singer."

He continued, "When I first saw Nichkhun's dance and singing skills, I was in doubt about whether he could improve, but now, Nichkhun is the breadwinner at our company," causing laughter.

The CEO then added that everyone, including Nichkhun himself, was aware that he wasn't optimistic about Nichkhun's debut.

This episode of 'Happy Together 3' will air on July 19th at 11:15PM KST.
