Alex's agency issues public apology for drunk driving incident

Singer Alex has publicly apologized for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Alex's agency reported through a press release on July 18th, "We apologize for greeting you with such unfortunate news. On behalf of Alex and the agency, we sincerely apologize for causing inconvenience and concern."

"Alex has feelings of deep regret and is self-reflecting on his actions," the agency explained. "To simply summarize the details of the situation, Alex was returning home around 2AM after having a drink with his friends, when he became subject to a breathalyzer test. No one was hurt, the vehicle was not damaged, and there was no accident. He returned home after being tested and filing a report."

They continued, "Alex has returned home and is in deep self-reflection. As a public figure, he knows he should not have driven under the influence of alcohol and he is deeply regretting not being more cautious. As of right now, it is difficult for us to inform you of when he will be returning to work. For now, he will be taking some time to self-reflect and refrain."

"We deeply apologize to all of the fans who have shown their love and support for Alex," the agency said in closing. "We once again apologize for causing inconvenience and concern in society."
