Female rock-duo Mimi Sisters made their debut last month, but failed to meet KBS broadcasting standards due to some vulgar lyrics contained in their title track, "Dynamite Girl". The network felt that the lyrics were derogatory towards people with disabilities. Their agency refused to revise the lyrics, and followed up with a request for re-review in order to be permitted any sort of broadcast on the network. KBS instantly denied them the right for another review. An official from the group's' agency revealed, "It's hard to understand what exactly is offensive to them, to the point where they refuse the right to be aired on T.V. The entire album, excluding their title track 'Dynamite', successfully passed their strict test, and we've planned many activities to further promote the Mimi Sisters."
