Big Bang has demonstrated that their two year hiatus from the industry hasn't affected their power as a top idol group in the slightest. The group managed to sell out all their tickets for the "2011 Big Show" in just under five minutes! G-Market made the tickets available on January 18th, and the site recorded an astounding 150,000 visits; analysts were astounded at the sheer volume of hits the event attracted. Considering that each concert only allows a 14,000-member audience, the chance of grabbing a ticket was 10:1. The group's first concert was forced to postpone the sale of their tickets due to the reservation site crashing moments after its release. Ever since then, ticketing websites have been on high alert whenever they managed Big Bang's concert in order to make sure that their server could handle the high traffic. Their "2011 Big Show" has garnered an even bigger response in comparison to their past concerts, as it not only marks the group's official return to the Korean music industry, but it also features tracks from GD&TOP's unit album, Seungri's solo album, and will reveal Big Bang's comeback album for the first time. A representative of the concert commented, "We ask for the fans who failed to purchase tickets in the first round to not be too disappointed, as there are still two more shows left. We'll make sure to create an impressive concert to pay back the support everyone has shown." Source: OSEN
