Singer/producer Park Jin Young recently shared his life's goals during his solo concert, "Bad Party - The Dancer". "I am the happiest when I'm dancing. I like it when I'm on stage and people stare at me with a blank expression," said the singer. He continued, "I'll already be 40 by next year, but I want to keep dancing for a long time. I want to be able to dance, even for my 60th birthday. I'll take vigorous care of my body, so please come to my concert. I want to dance for at least one more year." Park Jin Young also shared a few secrets on how he keeps his body fit. Every morning, Park Jin Young starts his day at 8AM by taking his daily vitamins and nutritional supplements. He also eats organic fruit and nuts before he begins his exercise. "I stretch for 40 minutes, weight-train for 40 minutes, and do 45 minutes of cardio." As he wrapped up the 16th year since his debut, Park Jin Young gave a heartfelt message to his fans: "During the 16 years of my career, being called a 'dancer' was what I hated the most. I never thought that it would take much effort to be a dancer, so I thought it was too excessive when people kept complimenting only that side of me. I'd rather be acknowledged for my singing or producing, because I put in an extreme amount of effort for them." "I wanted to put in a lot of effort to get acknowledged, but now I want to do what I do best with a comfortable mindset. That's why I titled my concert, 'The Dancer'. This side of me is what I have most confidence in." Check out the photos from his concert, but be warned that some of them are a bit risque (definitely 19+ material!).
