Supernova, who made a comeback after three years, is now wrapping up their short, one month-long album promotion. On the 21st, Supernova will be heading back to Japan in order to release and promote their anniversary album. Maru Entertainment's Chan-I Kang commented that "The month-long Korean promotion was a very difficult one to schedule, because it was arranged despite Universal Music Japan's earnest request to continue promotions in Japan" and that "Because the 9th single reached up to 6th place on the Oricon charts, ...it was decided that promotions in Japan could not be delayed any longer, and therefore we chose to head back to Japan." After sales of Supernova's Japan debut anniversary album "HOP STEP CLIPPING" released on the 22nd, they are continuing their activities with a performance video DVD of "HOP STEP CLIPPING" and movie DVD of "Love Song for You". Additionally, Supernova will be performing at several locations in the month of October: Nagoya on the 2nd, Osaka on the 4th, and Tokyo on the 7th. The tickets for these performances have already been sold out since the sales opening. There is also a rumor that the tickets were at some time a whopping 400,000 yen (about 5,000,000 won/5,000 dollars) per ticket. Supernova will continue to promote in both Korea and Japan. Leader Yunhak relayed through a representative that "I spent a very happy time because so many fans welcomed me" and that "From now on, we will spend some more time promoting in Korea and at the same time promote endlessly in both Korea and Japan." For now, Supernova has their eyes on first place in the Oricon charts.
