With the sudden Twitter phenomenon engulfing the kpopverse at the moment?updating the world what their favorite celebrities are up to fresh and daily?the fans have only seen the good side of Twitter and its capabilities so far. However, it seems like tweeting has its dark side after all. A recent Twitter update by Miryo of the Brown Eyed Girls has led to her evidently violating the voting rules, and could land her in hot soup. Here is a brief insight of what happened - Miryo had tweeted a photo of herself fanning herself with a stack of election ballots today. Like many other celebrities, Miryo's main purpose of revealing such photo was to prove that she's partaken in an ongoing election, like what any noble citizen would do. However, it is strictly against the nation's law to film or photograph an election ballot. Those found transgressing this law could be sentenced to jail for 2 years, or heavily fined $4,000. Also, her vote could be invalidated. Of course, it isn't likely that Miryo was aware of this law when she's decided to tweet the photo. However, that is no excuse even when you're a celebrity. No one can be sure yet of what's to come for Miryo, but let's just hope nothing happens.
