SNSD Sooyoung's older sister, Choi Soo Jin, has recently made her debut in the industry through a musical! It was first announced in August that she would join the cast for the musical "Jack the Ripper" (??? ?) along with Hanryu star Ahn Jae Wook and many other big-name actors. The musical is based on a true suicide incident in London during 1888. Her character's name is Gloria and she is the main character. The first performance of this musical was on November 13. Choi Soo Jin said on that day, "I hope many actors will come to SNSD's practice room and cheer them on. Since the musical Jack the Ripper has a very dark mood, we hope ladies will come see the musical a lot to make it bright." She also said that the 9 members of SNSD will attend the musical in one of the given dates that it is performed on. Sooyoung had also sent flowers that said "SNSD Choi Soo Young, Choi Soo Jin unni fighting!", which was placed at the entrance of the theater. The dates of the musical performances range from November 13th to December 13th and January 8th to January 31st. We hope Soo Jin's musical is a success!
