Rookie girl group Secret have been chosen to endorse 9ers Chicken. Now, endorsing chicken for girl groups is nothing new as many other girl groups have endorsed chicken including Wonder Girls, SNSD / Girls' Generation, and KARA. However, this is a big deal for Secret since only the biggest girl groups of Korea have been able to endorse chicken. If you endorse a chicken company, you know you've made it in the k-pop business. Secret's popularity is also evident in other areas as well. They have a member on Invincible Youth, they've been a number 1 search topic before debuting, and they've been high on the charts with their debut song, I Want You Back.
