The MV stars Jay Park and every rapper who features in the track, including Jessi, Awich, MILLI, Ramengvrl, Lil Cherry, MIRANI, Maliibu Miitch, and CAMO. "Xtra Mcnasty" is a remix of Jay Park's recently released 39th digital single "McNasty".
