This album reinterprets the urban legend of people worldwide witnessing a man in their dreams into an original story unique to Jeonghan X Wonwoo.

The music video portrays the story of two men walking through the dreams of city dwellers. The city falls into sweet chaos due to these two men, who are alike yet different, each chasing their ideals. The story of the two entities, imprinted as 'that man' in blurred memories and numerous rumors, and the city dwellers endlessly waiting for them, is depicted through visually stunning scenes.
