Ock Joo Hyun shared her struggles of coping with malicious comments and debts.

On December 26th, Ock Joo Hyun will be making a guest appearance with her co-cast members of the musical 'Rebecca' on Channel A's 'Oh Eun Young's Golden Counseling Center.' In the preview clip, Ock Joo Hyun makes a confession that she suffers from panic and anxiety disorder which she helps to manage with medications.

When Ock Joo Hyun was performing in the musical 'Wicked,' she had an incident where she couldn't sing because her stomach acid refluxed due to her having a fear of falling. Following that incident, every time she had a fear of her being unable to sing she couldn't hear anything or breathe properly.  

Ock Joo Hyun also talks about her transition from an idol to a musical theater actress. She had to cope with many malicious comments and felt immense pressure during her initial transitional period. She even thought about taking her own life during this difficult time. However, she shared how she managed to overcome such pressure and control her anxiety disorder.
