LE SSERAFIM is back with their first full-length album!
On May 1 KST, the girl group unveiled their 1st album 'UNFORGIVEN,' featuring a title track of the same name.
"UNFORGIVEN," which features veteran guitarist Nile Rodgers, is a highly addictive track using a sample of the classic film 'The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly's main theme song against a fun rock-meets-hip-hop beat. The lyrics express the members' desire to break away from the rules set by society to live in a way that is uniquely LE SSERAFIM.
Meanwhile, 'UNFORGIVEN' features 13 tracks in total – including 2023 versions of "The World Is My Oyster," "FEARLESS," and "Blue Flame," previously released songs "The Hydra," "ANTIFRAGILE," and "Impurities," as well as new songs "Burn the Bridge," "UNFORGIVEN," "No-Return (Into the unknown)," "Eve, Psyche & The Bluebeard's wife," "FEARNOT (Between you, me and the lamppost)," "Flash Forward," and "Fire in the belly."

First off, LSRFM is my favorite 4th gen group. But, I'm not scared to give my most honest opinion rather than pretending like I completely vibe with every single song and be over protective/delusional.

Overall, I like it better than Antifragile. To this day, with Antifragile, I still don't really like the way they sing the verse, the bridge was mediocre, and I especially don't like the rap. Though, I think Antifragile's chorus is catchier and done better than Unforgiven.

Personally, I think Unforgiven's chorus could've done without the parts where they sing together. To my ears, it sounds like it belongs at the end of the song. I think they should've started the chorus straight away with Kazuha's rapping right after the refrain and expanded on that.
