SM Entertainment has revealed a presentation video explaining the label's strategic partnership with Kakao Entertainment.

The new YouTube video details the partnership between the two companies for shareholders and fans in the midst of the controversial acquisition of Lee Soo Man's shares of SM Entertainment. According to SM Entertainment, SM Entertainment and Kakao Entertainment are seeking to produce the best global content and best global platform in an equal and mutual strategic partnership, adding, "It will maintain the diversity of the entertainment industry while strengthening the business performance of SM and Kakao."

In related news, the first hearing for a provisional injunction filed by SM Entertainment and former executive producer Lee Soo Man against SM entertainment was held on February 21 KST.
