BLACKPINK's Jennie said she finished recording her solo song "You & Me" 3~4 years ago.
On January 26th, Jennie posted a video on her YouTube channel showing behind the scenes of her solo song "You & Me" at the group's world tour. In the video, she is seen participating by detailing the concept of the performance as well as the choreography.
She also mentioned that "You & Me" was the song she recorded a few years ago and was one of the songs she considered as part of her solo debut single. Jennie has been performing "You & Me" as part of the group's world tour concert.

Is it just me or does the song feel quite... boring? I love the simplicity of Solo and I think she did a great job with it but everything with this song just feels boring to me, the song itself but also the choreo and the stage outfits. But maybe that's just me. I'm glad they decided on "Solo" for her solo debut single.
