IU has revealed a behind-the-scenes look at her 'The Golden Hour' concert.
The singer-songwriter became the first Korean female artist to headline a concert at the Seoul Olympic Stadium where 'The Golden Hour: Under the Orange Sun' was held on September 17-18 KST. Talking to her fans about the accomplishment, one asked if she planned to hold the concert there on her 14th anniversary since her debut, and she responded, "No. I was scheduled to hold a concert at the Seoul Olympic Stadium 2 years ago. It was canceled because of COVID-19."
IU continued, "To be honest, I was about to give up, but construction for the Seoul Olympic Stadium was delayed, and they contacted me. I ended up being like, 'Let's go!'" On her 14th anniversary, she said, "It's on a Sunday again. That's good. It's going to be another festival for fans. I don't know if there's going to be another day that all my luck aligns like this,"
