Media outlets reported on October 18 that BTS member Jin is set to release his first solo single later this month. According to the reports, the single titled 'The Astronaut' was a gift from Coldplay, who previously worked with BTS for the collaboration single "My Universe."
On October 19 at midnight KST, HYBE Labels dropped the logo teaser where a spaceship appears and an astronaut is seen lost in space.
Meanwhile, it has been announced that BTS will enlist in the military, starting with Jin. It is expected that Jin will be enlisting after the release of this single. So stay tuned for more information!
