The girl group members gave a snippet of 'Sneakers' choreography and talked about personalities and concerns about working out in the gym.
Kim Jong Kook, senior singer and Running Man cast member, gave ITZY a few hints about workouts and even suggested trying some exercises right away. He wanted to check if girl group members were working out correctly, to not harm their bodies due to bad posture.
