On June 4, a video clip of the script reading session for IU and Park Seo Joon's upcoming film 'Dream' was revealed on YouTube.
It was previously announced that the cast members for 'Dream', including IU, Park Seo Joon, Lee Hyun Woo, Go Chang Suk, Kim Jong Soo, and more, had officially kicked off filming for Director Lee Byung Hun's new project. With the video recording of the script reading session being released, many fans were able to see the highly anticipated chemistry between the lead stars, IU and Park Seo Joon.
'Dream' is a human drama film about a star soccer player who becomes wrapped up in a controversy and thus, is forced to take a break from his career. Park Seo Joon will play the role of the star soccer player Yoon Hong Dae, who is tasked with coaching a special soccer team as a form of his disciplinary measure. IU will play the role of the female lead, named Lee So Min. Lee So Min is a broadcasting station PD who aims to capture the story of Yoon Hong Dae's special soccer team, consisting of homeless individuals, and create it into a major documentary film. Yoon Hong Dae's progressions of maturity through his many interactions with different characters will likely bring a heartwarming story for many viewers.
