On April 12, WINNER's Kang Seung Yoon appeared as a guest on JTBC's 'Hooray for Independence' as a good friend of AKMU!

The two AKMU siblings are currently appearing as fixed cast members on 'Hooray for Independence', a program which invites celebs who have never lived alone before to give "independence" a try. Both AKMU members Chanhyuk and Suhyun have garnered attention for their big dreams and aspirations, after finally earning a chance to live separate from each other. 

During the April 12 episode, Kang Seung Yoon was asked which AKMU member he was closer with, between Chanhyuk and Suhyun. He answered mysteriously, "I wish I were Suhyun's best friend."

Kang Seung Yoon then talked about working with Suhyun on the set of WINNER's "Hold" MV, where he played the role of Suhyun's boyfriend. The idol confessed, "Before we filmed the MV, Suhyun just felt like a nice dongsaeng. but afterward... it was... it felt a little awkward." However, when asked to comment, Suhyun simply replied, "It's not awkward at all." Kang Seung Yoon laughed and realized, "I guess it was only me!"

Here, Suhyun added on, "But on the MV set, I thought that [Kang Seung Yoon] was really cool. We had an almost kiss scene, and I didn't know what to do. I was wondering how I should position myself, since I'll have my eyes closed. So I was kind of anxious about it, but then oppa told me, 'Suhyun, just sit back. I'll do everything.'"
