On February 5, YG Entertainment rookie boy group TREASURE held their debut appearance on KBS2's 'Yoo Hee Yeol's Sketchbook'!
First, on this day, leader Jihoon introduced 'Sketchbook' viewers with an explanation of the team. He said, "TREASURE is the maknae artist of YG Entertainment. We are a male group made up of 12-members. We also bring 12 unique and charming voices, as well as perfectly synchronized performances never-before-seen by a YG Entertainment artist."
After introducing themselves, TREASURE charmed viewers one by one by showcasing the adorable ineptness of freshly debuted rookies. Member Jaehyuk caused laughter by making a cute mistake when introducing TREASURE's comeback album, calling it 'The Last Step' instead of 'The First Step'. MC Yoo Hee Yeol couldn't help but fall for the rookies' charms, seeing Jaehyuk stuttering through his script.
Next, the members also showcased some of their hidden talents, skills, and/or impersonation acts, an absolute requirement for rookies! Main vocalist Bang Ye Dam impressed Yoo Hee Yeol by demonstrating his suave vocals, covering Sam Kim's "Make Up".
Finally, TREASURE sincerely named some of their goals and dreams for the future, and also delivered dynamic performances of "My Treasure" and "Mmm". Check out some clips from this week's 'Sketchbook' featuring TREASURE, above and below!
