Foreign trainees shared their K-pop dreams on Mnet's 'Produce X 101.'
On the second episode, the trainees pointed out how global the 'Produce' series has become. Not only were there Korean trainees, but also trainees from Thailand, Japan, Canada, and more.
When asked why the foreign trainees dream of becoming K-pop idols, they mentioned BTS, EXO, and Wanna One.
Peak explained, "I watched EXO live concert and I watched BTS as well. And that inspired me to become what they are." Tony also said, Korean idols, I really look up to them. I feel like they have a higher status in society and your fans respect you more." Wei Zi Yue added, "I want everyone in the world to know me like BTS."
