Hwang Ha Na, the only granddaughter of Namyang Dairy Products, was arrested and indicted on drug administration and theft charges.

Hwang Ha Na was arrested for using drugs during her probation period and put on trial.

On January 29th, the Seoul Western District Prosecutor's Office arrested and indicted Hwang Ha Na on charges of violating drug management law.

Hwang Ha Na was indicted on charges of taking methamphetamine several times at home from May to September 2015, and purchasing methamphetamine and administering with acquaintances such as singer Park Yoo Chun, her former lover, in 2018.

As a result, during the first trial at the Suwon District Court on July 19, 2019, Hwang Ha Na was sentenced to one year in prison and two years of probation. Hwang Ha Na appealed at the time, but the sentence was confirmed during the second trial in November of the same year.

Last year, Hwang Ha Na was arrested by police for administering drugs during her probation period. On the past 6th, Yongsan Police Station in Seoul applied for an arrest warrant for Hwang Ha Na on charges of violating the law on drug management.

Hwang Ha Na was also accused of stealing luxury clothes and shoes from her acquaintance's house in late November of last year.

Meanwhile, a recording of Hwang Ha Na was released by MBC's 'News Desk.' providing evidence that she could have tampered with evidence as her drug tests appeared negative twice. In the voice recording, Hwang Ha Na sounded confident that the police would not find any evidence of her using drugs.
