BTS member V has once again captivated Paris — this time, with nothing more than a bite of a croissant. A small Parisian café he visited became an instant landmark after his brief stop there.
On October 5, V attended the ‘Celine 2026 Summer Collection’ fashion show held at the Saint-Cloud National Park on the outskirts of Paris. Appearing as a global ambassador, he instantly became the center of attention among international fashion media. French fashion magazine Paris Match praised him, writing, “V looks more Parisian than Parisians themselves,” spotlighting his effortlessly sophisticated presence.
After the show, V stopped by a street café in Paris and had a pistachio croissant — a simple moment that took social media by storm. A short clip of V taking a bite and smiling brightly has surpassed 27.2 million views and 3.8 million likes on TikTok. Dressed in a classic ‘Celine’ suit and flashing an innocent smile against the romantic backdrop of Paris, he turned an ordinary scene into a “photo shoot come to life.”
Though unintentional, the café where V enjoyed his croissant quickly became a pilgrimage site for fans around the world. The shop owner shared V’s video on Instagram with a message of thanks, while U.S. radio network iHeartRadio reposted his photo, writing, “Sundays are for a sweet treat.”
Even after the fashion show, Parisians continue to speak of V as both a “star and an artist.” Restaurants, hotels, and clubs he visited during his July trip have now become popular fan destinations known as the “V Tour Route.” Travel magazines noted, “V’s relaxed moments complete the romance of Paris.”
