Yoo Jae Suk and Kim Sook reminisced on their nearly 30-year friendship in the upcoming episode of 'You Quiz on the Block.'
In the trailer for the upcoming episode 296, scheduled to air on Wednesday, June 4, Kim Sook appears as a special guest, celebrating her 30th debut anniversary. In the episode, she reunites with Yoo Jae Suk, her friend of 28 years, and walks down memory lane.
In a photo of the two released on the teaser on June 2, Yoo Jae Suk is seen wearing a navy shirt, jeans, and glasses, smiling shyly while Kim Sook is confidently showing off her charm next to him. The image captures his fresh-faced charm from his rookie days, long before he became the beloved national MC.
According to the sneak peek, Kim Sook provided the photo of the two herself, and she joked, "I basically raised Yoo Jae Suk."
The two friends also shared a short narrative from when they were in their 20s. Yoo Jae Suk shared, "Her nickname was 'The crazy one.' A senior once gave her a 100,000 KRW bill and told her to go buy cigarettes. She went and bought 100,000 KRW worth of cigarettes. From then on, everyone said 'Don't send Kim Sook on errands'," making everyone on set laugh.
Not only that, the episode teases Kim Sook's brief hiatus from the entertainment industry as well as her gaming addiction.
The next episode of 'You Quiz on the Block' featuring Kim Sook will air on June 4 at 8:45 PM KST.
