
BTOB's Eunkwang is set to undergo surgery after sustaining an ankle injury during a recent filming session.
On March 25, BTOB Company released an official statement revealing that Eunkwang had been taken to the emergency room after injuring his ankle the previous day. Following a thorough medical examination, doctors confirmed that he had ruptured his left ankle ligament and recommended surgery for proper treatment.
Despite his injury, Eunkwang has expressed a strong desire to continue with his scheduled activities. The agency assured fans that he would participate in events to the extent that his condition allows, with his health being the top priority.

Their full announcement is as follows:
"Hello. This is BTOB Company. We are making an announcement to the fans regarding Seo Eunkwang’s injury.
On March 24, Seo Eunkwang suffered an ankle injury while filming content, and he was immediately taken to the hospital for emergency treatment and a thorough examination. The examination found that he had ruptured his left ankle ligament, and he was advised by a doctor that he needed to undergo surgery.
Seo Eunkwang plans to fully commit to his treatment and recovery in order to meet his fans as quickly as possible. However, because of his strong determination to attend his previously scheduled activities, we will proceed with his predetermined schedule to the extent where it doesn’t cause him strain, while considering our artist’s health our top priority.
