Singer and actress Uhm Jung Hwa shared her thoughts on taking care of her mental health.
In a recent video titled "Because there are so many questions, Uhm Jung Hwa herself will appear," released on her YouTube channel, the actress took the time to answer some questions from the viewers.
Several comments talked about her skin, to which she responded, "I feel like I keep saying the same thing, but skincare is all about consistency. I do go to the dermatologist, but home care is just as important! I think what I prepared in advance is starting to pay off now."
When asked how she takes care of her mental health, Uhm Jung Hwa said, "The sadness is bigger than I've ever seen before. Don't be surprised if something gets in your way. And you have to believe that life has not forgotten, that I am holding your hand tightly."
She also added that when she's going through a hard time, she can't hear or see anything but still makes an effort to focus on other things: "I read the Bible, go to good exhibitions, meet friends, and try not to be alone." She shared, "Just as we take medicine when we're sick, we need to find healing energy when our hearts are hurting. Whether it's good or sad, it will pass. The most important thing is right now."
