The top 5 contestants of the recently concluded KBS2 audition program 'The Ddanddara' have signed exclusive contracts with INNIT Entertainment, a subsidiary of JYP Entertainment.
On January 24 KST, INNIT Entertainment confirmed, "We have signed exclusive contracts with the top 5 contestants of 'The Ddanddara'. We will work alongside these 5 artists so that they can grow into artists loved by all."
In fact, on the final broadcast of 'The Ddanddara' aired on January 19 KST, the top 5 contestants including Na Young Joo, Ahn Young Bin, Yu, Lee Song Hyun, and Jo Hye Jin performed the song "Mad", composed and written by J.Y. Park, as a team. After watching the performance, many viewers noted that the 5 contestants would succeed if they debuted as a girl group.
Meanwhile, the top 5 contestants of 'The Ddanddara' hail from diverse backgrounds including musical actress (Ahn Young Bin), gukak (Na Young Joo), contemporary dance (Lee Song Hyun), modern dance (Jo Hye Jin), and idol trainee (Yu).
