TEMPEST has been honored with the prestigious ‘Korea First Brand Awards.’

TEMPEST was named the ‘Promising Male Idol to Lead 2025’ in the Vietnam Person category of the ‘2025 Korea First Brand Awards,’ announced by the Korea Consumer Forum on the 7th.

The ‘Korea First Brand Awards’ is the largest brand awards ceremony in Korea, recognizing brands expected to lead the year through large-scale consumer surveys conducted annually. The Korea Consumer Forum has expanded these surveys beyond Korea, including Vietnam.

TEMPEST, who previously won the ‘Promising Male Idol to Lead 2024 (Korea/Vietnam)’ category last year and received two awards, demonstrated their growing global popularity by winning the Vietnam Person category for the second consecutive year.

TEMPEST member Hanbin expressed his gratitude, saying, “I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to our fans. We will work harder to show Tempest’s new growth.”

LEW added, “It is truly an honor to be selected for two consecutive years. I am especially grateful and feel a sense of responsibility for receiving so much love in Vietnam. We will continue to grow and work hard to have a positive influence on fans in Korea, Vietnam, and around the world.”

TEMPEST released their second Japanese mini-album, “BUBBLE GUM,” in December of last year. Upon its release, the album ranked 7th on the Oricon Daily Album Chart, later climbing to 12th on the Billboard Japan Hot Album Chart and 10th on the Japanese Oricon Weekly Album Chart, earning significant love from Japanese fans.

The group plans to continue pursuing global activities through new album releases and performances, further solidifying their international presence.
