A few days after hitting the 800 million stream count on Spotify, BLACKPINK Rosé and Bruno Mars' "APT" music video on YouTube also reached 800 million views.
Apart from becoming Rosé's first music video to do so, "APT" also broke the long-time record held by Psy's "Gangnam Style" as the fastest music video by a K-Pop act to surpass 800 million views on YouTube. "APT" achieved it in 81 days, while "Gangnam Style" did it in 131 days. The MV is on pace to become the fastest K-pop MV to hit 1 Billion views. PSY's "Gangnam Style" currently holds the record of 158 days to reach 1 Billion views.
