Amid allegations of inadequate attendance during his mandatory social service, YG Entertainment has firmly denied the claims surrounding WINNER member Song Min Ho (Mino), who is just six days away from being discharged.

On the 17th, YG Entertainment stated, "The reason for his sick leave is to continue treatment that began before his service. All other leave has been used following official regulations."

Earlier that day, entertainment news outlet Dispatch reported that Song Min Ho, serving at the Mapo Resident Convenience Facility as a public service worker, allegedly failed to report to work properly.

Dispatch claimed they visited the facility more than ten times for on-site verification but never saw him present.

The report also added that when questioned about Song Min Ho’s attendance, staff responses included, "He’s on annual leave today," "He’s on sick leave," or "He’s hospitalized today."

In response to these claims, facility manager 'A' told Dispatch, "We try to keep him out of public view (in a nearby room) because we want to avoid drawing attention. People come to see him. Additionally, he is facing both physical and mental difficulties."

Song Min Ho began his alternative military service as a social service worker on March 24, 2023. He is scheduled to be discharged on the 23rd.
