The group SEVENTEEN (S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, The8, Mingyu, DK, Seungkwan, Vernon, Dino) became the first K-pop artists to perform a solo stage on a 'Disney' year-end special program in the U.S., further solidifying their global popularity. On December 25 (US time), they performed 'Rockin’ Around Christmas Tree' on ABC's 'Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade'.
The performance was filmed at the Toy Story Land in Florida's 'Disney World Resort, with members appearing on a roller coaster ride to add extra fun.
SEVENTEEN appeared alongside global artists such as Elton John, John Legend, and Pentatonix, showcasing their international influence. They also made their debut as the first K-pop artists on ABC's 'Wonderful World of Disney: Holiday Spectacular', which aired on December 1.
This year, SEVENTEEN recorded nearly 10 million album sales and drew approximately 1.5 million fans to their solo concerts, proving their status as a top K-pop group. They are set to kick off their 'SEVENTEEN [RIGHT HERE] WORLD TOUR IN ASIA' in major Asian cities in January and February next year.
