The members of NewJeans revealed their first collaborative photoshoot with former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin following their contract termination with the agency.
On December 18, NewJeans shared the Vogue Korea New Year cover shoot through their newly created 'Jeans for Free' account. The five members showcased a mix of elegant hanbok and stylish modern outfits, highlighting their diverse charms.
What drew particular attention was the use of their real names — Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein — instead of the group name NewJeans. Additionally, Min Hee Jin’s name appeared as the director of the shoot, further drawing interest.
Last month, on November 29, NewJeans announced the termination of their exclusive contract with ADOR and stated their intention to continue activities independently of HYBE and ADOR.
In response, ADOR asserted that the exclusive contract remains valid until July 31, 2029, and filed a lawsuit with the Seoul Central District Court on December 3 to confirm the validity of the agreement.
