According to a report from Sports Donga on November 18th, Seventeen's unit BSS, consisting of DK, Hoshi, and Seungkwan, has officially begun preparations for their comeback. It has been confirmed that they recently completed filming the music video for their new song at a location in Seoul.
This comeback marks the first release from BSS in nearly two years since their debut single album, 'Second Wind', which was released in February 2023. Their previous title track, “Fighting”, a collaboration with Lee Young Ji, became a massive hit, earning its place as one of the unit’s most successful tracks.
Following the overwhelming success of “Fighting”, discussions about a unit comeback have been ongoing. Despite their busy schedules with Seventeen’s group activities, the members have been preparing new songs during their spare time. It is reported that BSS will soon finalize their comeback schedule as a unit.
BSS, being derived from the members’ real names—DK (Lee Seok Min), Hoshi (Kwon Soon Young), and Seungkwan (Boo Seung Kwan)—is known for its bright and lively energy.
The unit first debuted with their song “Just Do It” in March 2018, which they unveiled during the February fan meeting 'Seventeen in Carat Land'. Their track “Fighting” has since cemented their position as a new icon of cheer songs, further showcasing their unique charm.
Meanwhile, Seventeen, the globally renowned group to which BSS belongs, is currently conducting their 'Seventeen [Right Here] World Tour', which includes stops in North America, Asia, and Japan’s four major dome venues.
