Yulhee has shared her thoughts on her recent divorce.
On the 22nd, TV Chosun released a teaser for 'Now, I’m Alone' with the theme “The story of Yulhee, who is now living her second life, 2 years after her divorce.”
Yulhee tearfully reflected on her early family life, saying, "Our beautiful Jaeyul was born when I was 22. We were just so happy then. I found out I was pregnant with twins just a month or two after Jaeyul’s first birthday. I thought, 'Our family is growing!' It was such a joy."
She continued, "We both wanted a large family, so we were very happy. Watching the kids, I couldn’t stop smiling. I wondered, what could ever make me smile so wide again if it weren’t for them?"
When asked when she started feeling that the marriage was in crisis, Yulhee replied, "I didn’t feel it. That’s why it felt so sudden." She also broke down while talking about harsh online comments, saying, "'You abandoned your kids to enjoy your life,’ people would say. It made me cry."
Yulhee married FT Island's Choi Minhwan in 2018, and they had one son and twin daughters together. However, after five years of marriage, they announced their divorce in December of last year, with custody going to Choi Minhwan.
