Rapper Yoon Byung Ho (also known by his stage name Bully Da Ba$tard) from 'High School Rapper 2' faces further scrutiny after allegedly using drugs in detention while awaiting trial for previous drug charges.
On October 25 KST, Judge Jeong Jae Wook of the Suwon District Court sentenced Yoon to eight months in prison and two years of parole with an additional requirement of 40 hours of drug prevention education.
The judge noted the severity of Yoon’s actions, stating that he committed another drug offense in detention while awaiting trial for similar charges. However, the judge considered that Yoon had no prior convictions for similar crimes at the time of the latest offense and adjusted the sentence for fairness.
Yoon, known for appearances on 'High School Rapper 2' and 'Show Me the Money,' had previously been convicted in 2022 for marijuana and methamphetamine use at his residence, and for purchasing fentanyl and attempting to buy methamphetamine. He was sentenced to seven years in prison last December.
In August 2022, Yoon allegedly used psychoactive drugs such as diazepam, lorazepam, and zolpidem at the Incheon Detention Center, for which he faced additional charges. Yoon claimed he was unknowingly drugged by others in what he described as a "spiking incident." However, the court found this defense implausible, citing the lack of alternative explanations for the drug traces found in his urine.
