T-ara's Jiyeon (31) and baseball player Hwang Jae Gyun (37) have filed for divorce, with mediation expected soon. 

Rumors of their split began in June after a commentator hinted at it on air, around the time Jiyeon paused her YouTube activities following Hwang’s on-field controversy. The couple married in December 2022.
