On October 18, Jeon Jong Seo updated her personal Instagram account, her first social media update since the controversy of following the Hyeri troll account. She posted several photos along with the caption, "Love you."
The photos show Jeon Jong Seo, fully made up, sitting in front of a mirror and striking a pouty pose. In one hand, she holds her phone. The controversy began when it was revealed that one of the private accounts she followed had left malicious comments on Hyeri’s Instagram posts. In response, Jeon Jong Seo’s representatives stated, "It’s difficult to confirm this as it pertains to her private life."
The account in question was created in March of this year and had used a profile picture from a post by Han So Hee in July. It left malicious comments on Hyeri’s posts, including, "You must have been happy to get a lot of likes thanks to Han So Hee. Though they've disappeared now."
Speculation arose due to the timing of the account's creation coinciding with rumors of Han So Hee and Ryu Jun Yeol’s relationship, and the fact that Jeon Jong Seo followed the account shortly before posting a photo with Han So Hee the next day. This led to suspicions that the account might be a private one run by Han So Hee.
After the issue came to light, Jeon Jong Seo unfollowed the account, but even after doing so, she has continued to receive a flood of critical comments on her posts.
Recently, Jeon Jong Seo appeared in the TVING drama 'Queen Woo.'
