The video that went viral was Hyoyeon's live stream, where she is making a surprise shout-out to former Girls' Generation member Jessica Jung. This video previously went viral among international fans in June but recently gained attention among Korean netizens.

In the video, Hyoyeon says, "Jessica Jung ahn-nyeong (hi)." Korean netizens gathered in the online community theqoo to share their thoughts. Some speculated that the two were still in contact as Hyoyeon nonchalantly gave a shout-out to Jessica.
