According to a September 24 report with multiple music industry insiders as sources, the group has begun working on a new project, with the goal of releasing it in January 2025. This special project is intended as a meaningful gift for fans in celebration of GFriend’s 10th anniversary.
The project will be managed by Source Music, the agency that originally managed GFriend from their debut and played a key role in their growth. Despite parting ways with Source Music after the group disbanded, it seems the members have maintained a relationship with the agency and continued to communicate over the years.
