The movie 'I, the Executioner' has surpassed 2.09 million cumulative viewers within just three days of its release.
According to the Korea Film Council’s integrated network on September 16th, 'I, the Executioner' (directed by Ryu Seungwan, provided/distributed by CJ ENM, produced by Outlaw Productions) attracted a total of 2,095,922 viewers as of September 15th, the third day of its release.
This rapid box office success is largely due to the enthusiastic word-of-mouth from audiences who had eagerly awaited the release of 'I, the Executioner.' Moviegoers have taken to social media, leaving glowing reviews such as,

'I, the Executioner' is an action-crime investigation drama where veteran detective Seo Do Chul (played by Hwang Jung Min) teams up with rookie detective Park Sun Woo (played by Jung Hae In) to hunt down a notorious serial killer who has shaken the nation.
