On September 13 KST, the Seoul Bangbae Police confirmed that former NCT member Taeil's sexual crime case has been forwarded to prosecution. The case was forwarded without detainment of the accused.
Previously, Taeil was booked after a female victim filed a police report against him on June 13 for a sexual crime. He was then summoned for police questioning on August 28.
Little else is known about the case outside of the phrasing "sexual crime". According to the Seoul Bangbae Police, details cannot be disclosed before an indictment in order to protect the victim.
