As controversy arises over suspicions that ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin attempted to cover up a sexual harassment incident involving a male executive at ADOR, it has been revealed that the accused, identified as Executive A, is the same person who previously conspired to seize control of ADOR from HYBE, suggesting significant repercussions.

According to a report by Sports Today on August 13, the executive identified as 'A,' accused in the sexual harassment case within ADOR, has been revealed to be the same person as the deputy CEO who was suspected of conspiring with Min Hee Jin to seize management control of ADOR.

Recently, news of the internal sexual harassment case at ADOR surfaced, leading to suspicions that CEO Min Hee Jin attempted to cover up the incident. Min Hee Jin denied the allegations, stating that "all the information is distorted."

However, according to 'B,' who claims to be the victim of the sexual harassment, HYBE confirmed that Executive 'A's actions were inappropriate and advised Min Hee Jin to issue a "stern warning" against 'A.' However, Min Hee Jin refused to take any disciplinary action against 'A' and instead aggressively insisted on 'A's innocence, repeatedly crossing the line with offensive remarks.

Notably, executive 'A,' accused in this incident, is the same person who was previously suspected of planning the takeover of ADOR during the management dispute between Min Hee Jin and HYBE.

'A,' who is a certified public accountant, proposed a scheme to Min Hee Jin, suggesting she exercise a put option to receive 100 billion KRW (approximately 75 million USD) and then file a lawsuit over infringement of NewJeans' rights to reduce ADOR to an empty shell and encourage HYBE to sell ADOR. Min Hee Jin responded to this proposal with "jackpot."

As a result, speculation has arisen that Min Hee Jin's active attempt to cover up 'A's incident may have been linked to the management takeover plot they had conspired on together.

It is also suggested that if 'A,' who was instrumental in the takeover plan, lost his leadership due to an unfortunate incident with a female employee, it could have been a severe blow to Min Hee Jin.

'B' further stated, "Min Hee Jin shared the report content with 'A' in real-time, suggested and reviewed 'A's objections, and was thoroughly on 'A's side. When protesting to HYBE's HR team, she went to great lengths to gather evidence to frame it as a retaliatory report due to my poor work performance. Min Hee Jin insulted and humiliated me with all kinds of abusive language. She encouraged Executive 'A' to hire a lawyer and file a defamation lawsuit against me and used her position to make every effort to invalidate my report," revealing Min Hee Jin's active involvement in 'A's defense.

Korean netizens commented:

"I knew it was the same guy."

"I knew it was the deputy CEO."

"Were there people who didn't know?

"I guess I was the only one that didn't know."

"They need to apologize to the victim now."

"Min Hee Jin needs to apologize to the employee."

"I thought everyone knew about this."
