Taeyeon talks about the importance of fighting it out with members as an idol group + what she does when she wants to run away from it all

Girls’ Generation member and solo artist Taeyeon guest-starred on the latest episode of MMTG’s idol group project series. The trio, made up of Jae Jae, Gabee, and SeungHyun, invited Taeyeon on as a one-day mentor to seek advice about managing artistic endeavors and personal disputes within an idol group.

When asked about probable disputes breaking up the group, Taeyeon states that fighting it out is also a way to bond and get closer. She adds that for her case, the Girls Generation members would gather to talk things out honestly, so that there are no grudges being held. She concludes that the most important key to a group’s harmony is to be honest and admit to one’s mistakes.

When asked about how she handles the need to escape from it all, Taeyeon responds wittily that she has been able to tolerate things and curb such feelings by reminding herself of her contractual obligations.
