In the first episode of Season 6 of Coupang Play's "SNL Korea," which recently aired, Jeon Jong-seo (Rachel Jun) appeared as the host, and once again, the show delivered its signature parodies.
On the 31st, SNL Korea comedian Lee Su-ji shared a post on her social media, saying, "Come to Coupang Play to watch SNL. Shoutout to the camera, sound, lighting, and props directors! Actor Jeon Jong-seo, you worked so hard in the hot summer. #Jongseo, please lend me your clothes, will you?"
In the photos Lee Su-ji shared, she parodied the much-talked-about photo of HYBE Chairman Bang Si Hyuk and the streamer Juicy Seyeon. Lee Su-ji is seen walking with a cheeky expression, wearing an almost identical top and miniskirt to what the streamer wore, with someone parodying Bang Si Hyuk walking beside her.
Instead of Beverly Hills, the parody was set at a bridge over Cheonggyecheon in Euljiro, giving it a distinctly Korean twist. In the skit, Lee Su-ji played the character "Yuk Jusyeon," which brought plenty of laughs.
Fans reacted to Lee Su-ji's photo with comments like, "The resemblance is uncanny," "Lee Su-ji, you're killing me with this," and "This is seriously hilarious."
