ARrC’s debut album AR^C reflects their dream of achieving genuine connections through music. Inspired by fables, the album features five tracks, including the title track "S&S – Sour and Sweet," an electric hip-hop song with elements of hyper-pop and hood-pop. The song, inspired by the fable "The Fox and the Grapes," carries a hopeful message of perseverance.
During the showcase, member Choi Han introduced the title track as the beginning of ARrC’s unique storytelling style, while leader Hyunmin highlighted the song’s impactful beat drop and catchy "wee-oo-wee" chorus.
The group members expressed their pride in being Mystic Story's first boy group, with Hyunmin emphasizing their commitment to living up to expectations by delivering flawless performances.
Acknowledging their multinational makeup, ARrC took the opportunity to greet their global fans in various languages, showcasing their strength in connecting with a worldwide audience.
Foreign members of the group credited K-pop's influence as the driving force behind their decision to pursue a career in Korea. Rioto mentioned that his sister’s admiration for BTS inspired him to dream of becoming an idol, while Kien shared that he had been a fan of K-pop since childhood, citing BTS and EXO as his inspirations.
The members named BTS as their role model, with Hyunmin expressing admiration for the group’s career growth and their positive global impact, a path ARrC hopes to follow.
ARrC’s debut goal is to win first place on a music show, with Doha adding that they also aim to appear on variety shows like "Knowing Bros," aspiring to become recognized as the next generation of "entertainment idols."
Concluding the showcase, Hyunmin promised that ARrC would continue to grow as artists and exert a positive influence on their audience.
