The group 82MAJOR successfully wrapped up their second solo concert, "BEAT X 82," held at the Musinsa Garage on August 18 at 4 PM.
This concert marked their return to the stage approximately seven months after their first solo concert, "82 PEOPLE," which took place in January. Like their previous show, this concert also saw all tickets sell out, demonstrating the strong interest and enthusiasm from fans. The members captivated the audience with an upgraded performance during the 90-minute standing show.
During the concert, 82MAJOR performed fan-favorite tracks such as "82," "Choke," and "Birthday," which have been widely loved by both domestic and international fans, igniting the atmosphere in the venue. They also showcased a rich setlist, including self-composed tracks and unit performances, with songs like "My Thing," "1989," "GOSSIP," "X," "Have to Go," and "WAKE UP," which were specially prepared for this concert.
In addition to their intense performances and flawless live vocals, 82MAJOR's explosive energy solidified their reputation as a "performance-type idol group." After the concert, they further engaged with their fans, known as "Attitude," through a high-touch event, creating unforgettable memories.
Since their debut in October of last year, 82MAJOR has been making waves as a rising force in the 5th generation of K-pop idols. Their first mini-album, "BEAT by 82," featuring the title track "Choke (Sped Up)," achieved remarkable success by reaching the top of the U.S. DRT "Global Top 150 Independent Airplay Chart" and the U.S. iTunes K-pop chart.
Recently, they were named a "Radio Rising Star" by the hip-hop magazine The Source and graced the digital cover of the American hip-hop magazine The Hype Magazine, further acknowledging their potential and promise in the U.S. music market.
Following the success of their second solo concert, 82MAJOR plans to continue engaging with K-pop fans worldwide through various broadcasts, performances, and online and offline content.
